I clicked the link you provided, logged in, provided all the relevant details, and was taken to a page which says «Please wait while the Download Manager begins your download». So, thought I was getting somewhere, managed to get logged into the correct web page and click the download link. Please Uninstall andy pre-release Office software using the Programs and Features item in your Control Panel and try installing again.

I’ve uninstalled the version of Office that was on this machine, I’ve used the microsoft fix-it tool to double check this, for Windows 8, both Office and There is no other version of office on this machine, there’s no «microsoft office» folder in either of the Program Files folders, and there never has been, I’ve only had this laptop 6 months.

My problem is slightly different I want to install the software on my home computer. I have a receipt which says forward the email to the your personal email address and click on the download link from a home PC. BUT the problem here is that download link does not go anywhere.

I have a product key but I cannot download the software. The customer support link directs you to a phone number which is no longer in service. This is the 60 day evaluation download site, not the full purchase download link as obvious in the link text DUH, Does not solve any problem. My full Office suite disappeared from my laptop and it seems impossible to find a simple link to download again. Why is this such a huge effort for such a supposedly magnificent company of Microsoft.???

Ive now long lost my product code and password and the automated password reset doesnt work. Ive still therefore not been able to get the applications to work which Ive paid for. This site in other languages x.
