Is it possible to force-enable tablet mode in Windows 8. I am having trouble with a laptop’s touchpad and until I get it fixed, I need an easier way to be able to work with the laptop than having to use magnifier, or plugging in a mouse every time there is a problem.

Yes the touchscreen is built in to the laptop, it is multi touch 10 point I believe , and all the drivers are updated and working correctly. And please do not suggest it because, no I do not want to upgrade or buy anything new or different. Open Device Manager.
