Is it the same type of memory from same manufacturer? Have you consulted you MB documentation on installing the memory especially if it is not all the same part number. The system type is bit Operating System I just cant figure why it keeps showing 3. I would have to check again about the part numbers though.. Thanks again.

You need to install the 64 bit version to use more the 4 Gb of ram.
